Some courts are so behind and short-staffed that court dates are being set months into the future. When it comes to OWI arrests and procedures, it’s fair to say that every single police agency, prosecutor’s office, and court in Southeastern Michigan operates differently. Didn’t Pay Your Reinstatement Fee? This Could Set You Back!

There are many difficult steps involved in the driver’s reinstatement process, including the possibility of attending a revocation appeal hearing or reexamination process. The last step is typically paying a license reinstatement fee to the Michigan Secretary of State.
